RESERVATION OF A ROOM 

A credit card , Visa or Mastercard, is required as guarantee

Cancellation policy and fees:

  • In case of cancellation 30 days or more before arrival date, no fee will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation from 30 days to 8 before arrival, 1 night’s rate  will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation 7 days or less before arrival, the 50% of the total amount will be charged, with a minimum of one night
  • No-show or early leaving 100 % of the whole stay  will be charged

 

RESERVATION OF MULTIPLE ROOMS

A deposit of  50% on the total amount is required

Cancellation policy and fees:

  • In case of cancellation after the reservation 50% of the total amount will be charged as fee for every room cancelled, with a minimum of one night per room cancelled.
  • No-show or early leaving 100 % of the total amount will be charged

 

PARTIALLY FLEXIBLE TARIFF

A deposit of one night’s price  is required

  • In case of cancellation after the reservation one night’s price  will be charged
  • In case of cancellation 14 days or less before arrival, the 50% of the total amount will be charged, with a minimum of one night
  • No-show or early leaving 100 % of the total amount will be charged

 

NOT REFUNDABLE RATE

The total amount of the stay may be charged anytime on the credit card after the booking

  • This will have been our forth stay at the Ariston and it always gets better. The staff from the management to the cleaners are so friendly and alway there when you need help.

  • Just back from a wedding , great location . Rooms are basic , but really clean , but what a view of castle and lake from second and third floor . Breakfast is continental , but every thing is fresh and plenty to pick . Staff serving are really nice . And the two girls are lovely on reception ,could not do enough for us , would stay again at this hotel!

  • Fantastic , fifth time and just gets better every year. Another fantastic stay at the Ariston every year it gets better . Hotel staff are just brilliant and very friendly, always there to help. At breakfast this year they served scrambled eggs , forgot to ask how they cook them , as tasted so good. Can't think of a better place to stay in Malcesine or in Italy.

  • This hotel is perfectly located one minute from the base of the gondola and five minutes to the center of town. We stayed in room 22, top floor of the hotel with castle view. It was worth every penny.

  • You will be very well welcomed to Hotel Ariston, the hotel staff is so friendly and knows at least three languages (Italian, German, English) very well so it is so easy to communicate. We lost our luggage at Verona airport and at Hotel Ariston they were really concerned about it and helped us a lot.
