CANCELLATION POLICIES

RESERVATION OF ONLY ONE ROOM

The customer pays the cost of the first night upon confirmation. In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit equal to the cost of the first night will be retained, after 14 days 50% will be charged. No-show or early departure/late arrival will result in a 100% charge.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEE

The full amount may be charged at any time after booking.
Cancellation policy and penalty 100% of the entire amount booked.

MULTI-ROOM BOOKING

Cancellation of a multi-room reservation will result in a charge of 50% of the entire stay per room.
In the case of a 50% deposit, this will be retained as a cancellation penalty.
No-shows or early departures will result in a charge of 100%.
We recommend taking out insurance to protect your holiday.
