Sweet or savoury, but always authentic – you’ll find freshly baked croissants, artisanal cakes, fresh seasonal fruit, yogurt, organic cereals and jams, eggs, local cured meats and cheeses, all accompanied by organic apple and orange juices and the finest Italian coffee.

Our Bio Breakfast is the natural extension of our philosophy of sustainable hospitality – we choose organic, eco-friendly, locally sourced or Fairtrade-certified products, respecting the environment and people.

To ensure everyone wakes up peacefully and deliciously, we also offer gluten-free and lactose-free options, prepared with the same care and quality.
